EVOLVE1 is offering a first of its kind team-based mental training program. 

Created by leading performance and sport psychology experts, the Evolve1 program is designed to help players develop a strong mental game through science-backed and proven strategies to better equip them for the field and in life. 

Featuring skills and exercises similar to those used by top professionals, the Evolve1 performance program is a two-month program that takes players through a series of daily engaging video-based lessons with topics including self-image, courage, integrity, discipline, authenticity and resilience. After completing the video, users will write goals and complete weekly exercises.

The athletes will be given pre – post assessments measuring self-esteem and confidence to review their growth and gain healthy mental habits for the future. Also, the team leaderboard will show engagement and analytics for progress. Coaches can participate alongside their team in the app and bring some of the exercises to the field of practice or game. 

The program provides the following benefits:

  • The Evolve1 Mental Training program is a team-based program for ages 13 - 18.
  • Powerful daily mental video-based exercises for your Club Athletes and Coaches on their preferred Mobile Platform (IOS and Android)
  • Coach Support: Complimentary 1-1 support by EVOLVE1 - Applicable during the program. (appointment only)
  • Club logo on EVOLVE1 website 
  • In-app team leaderboard to track athlete engagement.
  • Evolve1 program graduates will receive a personalized mental skills report.
  • Graduates will receive a certificate of completion to assist in recruiting recognition.
  • Team can communicate all season via team messaging 
  • Coaches can share videos from their mobile phone or using a YouTube or Vimeo URL

Club requirements:

  • Execute this Agreement to participate in the Program, EVOLVE1 support will follow up for sign-up process
  • Provide team names, coach and players contact information to get started with the program. (No data is sold or shared outside of the sign-up process)
  • Coaches should encourage their athletes to practice the techniques they learn in the E1 program.

Clubs may terminate their participation within 30 days of program start date by notifying EVOLVE1at sales@evolve1.com.
